Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Ti Cycles accepts credit card, check, money order, bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo and cash payments. Additional fees may apply for international payments and/or digital payment processors requiring additional fees.

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you are not comfortable with this policy, we kindly request that you find another builder since we do not make exceptions.

All Custom and Semi-Custom sales are final.

Please order carefully and accordingly. There are no returns on custom and semi-custom products and commissioned labor. Responsibility for ordering the correct size, material, and style rests with the customer, please contact Ti Cycles if you need guidance. Ti Cycles always tries to maintain reasonable delivery schedules but can not be held responsible to delays especially with current supply chain issues which effect all parts of our business.

A word of caution: We have built products based on customer-provided data that was incorrect and the final product was unusable by the purchaser. This is an awful experience for everyone, please make sure you understand what you are ordering. Sales are still final.

Returns/Exchanges

Ti Cycles can choose to accept returns on new, unused, currently stocked items for a period of 90 days from date of purchase; 20% restocking fee will apply. Buyers are responsible for any and all costs associated with shipping to and from Ti Cycles for returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Ti Cycles. Ti Cycles will not be responsible for items abandoned at Ti Cycles after 90 days.
