In accordance with Executive Order OR20-12 the Ti Cycles facility closed for public access during Oregon’s statewide Stay Home order issued in March.
During this time we continue to operate for manufacturing and online order fulfillment but are experiencing some delays. This situation will persist for the foreseeable future — the CORONAVIRUS 2020 STATUS notification on the website homepage will be removed when normal operations resume.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
To the extent possible our internal shop operations will continue during regular business hours for the time being. Please note that we are not open to the public during this time except for curbside “no contact” deliveries and pick-ups by specific appointment. Please do not just show up unannounced, you will have wasted a trip.
We can be reached via email with sales and service questions.
DELIVERY DATES & TURNAROUND TIMES:
While we will limit our own schedule changes to the extent possible the domestic manufacturing and global outdoor sports industries are already experiencing significant logistics issues due to worldwide constraints on shipping and supply chains. We will do our best to manage the situation as it unfolds but there will continue to be unavoidable delays in order fulfillment as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and we ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
SENDING IN FRAMES, PARTS, & MATERIALS:
All parts and materials for repair or fabrication services must be shipped to our shop. In-person delivery and Will Call order pick up is available only as a “curbside” no-contact service by specific appointment only until further notice.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:
Online orders fulfillment will continue but please note that we are experiencing fulfillment delays and most all shipping services are experiencing some delays and international orders may see significant delays in transit.
FURTHER COVID-19 INFORMATION:
Please refer to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention or your local Health Department for resources and official information on best practices to protect yourself and your community.
