The ordering process, frame building methods, and quality control, finish options, component selection, and customer support behind our Semi-Custom Titanium Frame Program are the same as those for our Custom bikes.

Our Semi-Custom program makes use of existing bike data — either your current bike’s geometry or a bike from extensive Ti Cycles design and build archives — to build fantastic custom bikes at a lower price point and with a shorter delivery time than our Custom Design/Build Program.

For example if you'd like a do-all titanium hardtail MTB but need different geometry than the Bonestealer, or a Pygmy Bryde with a Pinion gearbox mount, or you just want a killer road bike but need it sooner than the wait time for a Dave-built custom frame, semi-custom is the way to go.

Semi-custom frames are built by the same manufacturing shop as our production titanium frames, so you get to skip the wait list but still get the exact fit and quality you want. Delivery dates for semi-custom orders are ~ 20 weeks from the date the order is finalized with all details. Information on our current lead times can be found here.

Ti Cycles completes all product inspections in-house before finishing the frame. Every bike that leaves our shop is made with the highest quality, performance proven materials and built to last.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A DEPOSIT TO COVER THE BASE PRICE OF A SEMI-CUSTOM TITANIUM FRAME.

After your order is placed we will arrange a consultation to determine the specifics of your new frame.

Individual details like S&S coupling, custom paint, internal cable routing, butted tubing, component specific compatibility, auxiliary accessory mounts, etc are available for an additional fee.
